Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong knowledge of waterproofing products, standards, and safety data to provide accurate technical guidance to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
- Prepare material estimates and process orders, ensuring complete waterproofing system solutions and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and inventory needs.
- Support sales growth through upselling, promoting products, and sharing industry updates and promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, stock coordination, and order logistics across branches.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order data using company systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Office).
- Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and assist with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and timekeeping requirements.
