Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, processing estimates and sales orders with precision and accuracy, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of waterproofing and our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong knowledge of waterproofing products, standards, and safety data to provide accurate technical guidance to customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
  • Prepare material estimates and process orders, ensuring complete waterproofing system solutions and timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and inventory needs.
  • Support sales growth through upselling, promoting products, and sharing industry updates and promotions.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock coordination, and order logistics across branches.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order data using company systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Office).
  • Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and assist with general administrative and operational tasks.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and timekeeping requirements.
