Job Summary: This position is responsible for the operation of the encapsulation machine including maintenance (troubleshooting), change over, cleaning. Assists in sanitation control and checks safety hazards.

Responsibilities:

• Operates Soft Gel encapsulation equipment.
• Clean, assemble and disassembles encapsulation equipment and medicine and gel tanks, Hoist and lifting equipment.
• Follows instructions on MBR to manufacture products within company and customers specifications.
• Reports any deviation in process to Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company SOP’s and GMP’s.
• Troubleshoots equipment and process to comply with company SOP’s.
• Performs minor adjustments in order to produce product within specifications.
• Fills out MBR and other paper work to comply with company SOP’s.
• Reports any safety hazards to Supervisor or Maintenance.
• Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical/operational working knowledge of production line equipment
• Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English.
• Equipment, process rooms and manufacturing area SOPs and GMPs. record keeping skills.
• Basic mathematical calculation and measurement methods and practices. (Multiplication, Division, Conversions and understand weights and measures).

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 12pm-8:30pm
