This role is responsible for performing real-time product testing during the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Q/A Lab Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform in-process testing including fill weights and seam measurements
• Monitor product quality during production runs
• Accurately record test results and maintain documentation logs
• Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards
• Communicate any quality issues to supervisors or production teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab area
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures

Q/A Lab Assistant Requirements

• Basic math skills and ability to work with units of weight and volume
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized procedures
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Basic computer or data entry skills preferred
• Previous QA or lab experience is a plus, but not required
