Accountant

 Lafayette, LA | $50,000+/Yr. DOE| Full-Time 

 

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing team.  Public accounting experience is not required but is strongly encouraged.

Duties:

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with tax preparation and related filings
• Support financial reporting and account reconciliation
• Communicate with clients in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist during extended tax season workloads and deadlines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Accounting experience required
• Public accounting experience encouraged but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work extended hours during tax season as needed

 

Schedule:

• Full-time; Monday–Friday (extended hours during tax season required)

 

Pay:

• $50,000 +/Yr. DOE
