Customer Service Specialist (Insurance Professional)

Located in San Antonio, TX

Salary: $45K-$65K DOE

Full time DIRECT HIRE Branch Manager opening for NW San Antonio location

 

Responsible for managing and conducting all aspects of the branch including insurance sales, policy services and policyholder interactions

 

Responsibilities:
•
Full availability for 8:30-5:30 M-F shifts and 10a-1p Saturday (every other weekend)
•
Open and Close physical branch location
•
Collect customer payments, apply toward their policy, deposit remotely, and reconcile to transmittal
•
Assist in sales and service process both in person and over the phone
•
Responsible for general appearance of physical location (Verify cleanliness of both interior and exterior of branch. Report any issues to home office.)
•
Active participation in answering of incoming call queue (meeting specified call quotas)
•
Image/Document filing

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

 

Experience in an Insurance agency or financial services office is required

P&C licensed a definite plus - if not licensed yet, client will provide training and support to help you grow in the industry.

 

 

Mon - Fri 8.30a.m. - 5.30p.m. work schedule

Every other Saturday required 10a.m.-1p.m.

 

Selected candidate will be required to attend 2week training in Colleyville, TX (Dallas area) accommodations will be paid for.
