• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service to customers and clients
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and basic sales support
• Coordinate and assist with product shipments and deliveries
• Operate office equipment including computers and a multi-line phone system
• Assist with warehouse-related tasks as needed, including use of forklift and pallet jack
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a computer and multi-line phone system
• Forklift and pallet jack experience (or willingness to learn)
• Punctual, reliable, and considerate team player
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Comfortable working in both office and light warehouse environments
