🔥 Your Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving daily operations, supporting the General Manager, and leading a team that delivers our client's signature experience.

You’ll help create a workplace where team members thrive—and guests keep coming back.

📋 What You’ll Do

Recruit, train, schedule, and develop hourly team members
Lead, coach, and motivate staff in a positive, high-energy environment
Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly
Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and inventory
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Set clear expectations and performance goals for your team
Act as a trusted resource for employees
Execute company policies and operational procedures
Communicate performance insights and action plans to the General Manager
Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and team development skills
Solid understanding of hospitality and guest service excellence
Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a 45–50 hour workweek

🧠 Required Skills

At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Solid math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to lead team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and guests
