Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
Reports to: Office / HR Manager

Job Summary:
The Customer Care Specialist supports company through courteous and professional customer service, dispatching, accurate data entry, scheduling, invoice processing, and providing various office support. This position requires someone who can work well with customers and other team members in a fast-paced environment.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
 Answering phones and maintaining appropriate and professional communication with all customers by:
o Providing great customer service while working successfully with our customers and teams to ensure effective dispatching while maintaining a productive schedule without unnecessary delays
 Creates and Processes Pos in our CRM
 Dispatching and scheduling technicians work assignments / calls in a fast and efficient manner
 Processing service invoices
o Modifies invoices, as appropriate
o Batches invoices, as appropriate
o Posts services and PSA invoices, as appropriate
 Receiving and maintaining renewals
o Keeps up with schedules, modifies and follows-up, as needed
 Ensuring parts are ordered and scheduled to meet the customers needs, in a timely manner.
o Updates parts board, as needed
 Use conflict-resolution skills and de-escalates upset customers effectively
o Assists team and customers with can do statements and eliminates using cant do declarations, maintaining a positive attitude.
 Ensures customers information is updated and verified accurately
 Work Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm, unless approval for time off is received.

 Performs other related duties as required.

Education and Experience:
 High School Diploma, GED and/or a certification from an accredited technical school
 Customer Service experience plus
 Residential HVAC / Plumbing experience a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:
 Must be able to:
o Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, answering phones.
o Use repetitive motions
o Lift up to 15 lbs.
o Reach over head with ease
o Complete job with safety in mind for all involved and communicate any issues to the assigned SME that could lead to safety concerns prior to completing tasks
o Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
