Position: Warehouse Associate

Equipment: Sit Down Forklift, Pallet Jack, RF Scanner

Dress Code: Pants, steel-toe boots  PPE provided

Pay: $18.00 hourly 

Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050

2nd Shift: M-F, 1:30pm-10:00pm, OT available

 

This position entails the following responsibilities: 

- Requires prior heavy lifting experience, general warehouse experience, and order pulling experience.

- Receiving, examining, sorting, organizing, and labeling incoming merchandise with appropriate stock and inventory control codes.

- Verifying the quality and condition of picked orders before sending them to the packing department, and subsequently moving completed orders to their designated shipment locations.

- Conducting scheduled cycle counts of product for inventory and manually entering data for accurate record-keeping.

- Unpacking items to be stocked on shelves and loading trucks with packed orders, while following specific instructions and procedures in an organized and efficient manner.

- Completing additional tasks as assigned.

 

To qualify for this position, candidates must have at least one year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging environment. They should also be able to lift up to 50lbs independently, perform physical work while standing, utilize RF Scanners, navigate computer applications and websites with ease, and have experience operating various equipment such as sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
