Fill Room Laborer

Salary: $13 an hour

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Fill Room Associate position in a fast-paced ice cream manufacturing facility in Russellville, AR. This role is responsible for filling, packaging, and ensuring quality of finished products while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Operate and monitor filling equipment to package ice cream products
• Ensure proper fill levels, portion sizes, and product consistency
• Place lids, seals, and packaging materials on finished goods
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects
• Label and code products accurately (dates, batch numbers, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Assist with basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• Follow production schedules to meet daily quotas
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing setting is preferred
• Must be able to bend and stand on feet for up to 8 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings
