Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals of Longview is now seeking a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service professional for a reputable local window and door company. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling both walk-in and phone inquiries while supporting sales, order processing, and installation coordination.

This position blends front-line customer service with inside sales responsibilities to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from initial inquiry through installation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Service:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and greet walk-in customers professionally
• Assist with product information, order status, and service inquiries
• Coordinate communication between customers, installers, and project managers
• Maintain customer files, job folders, and project documentation
• Follow up on quotes, payments, and installation schedules
• Process permits and submit to city departments
• Maintain Lead RRP documentation and homeowner notifications
• Assist in organizing sales and installation tracking systems

Inside Sales:

• Work with walk-in customers, remodelers, and sales clients to identify needs
• Provide accurate quotes, product details, and order information
• Enter and manage orders, quotes, and returns
• Follow up on leads and pending quotes to close sales
• Confirm appointments and ensure post-sale satisfaction
• Track shipment and installation timelines
• Coordinate with installation and accounting teams for job completion and invoicing
• Recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Support sales staff and management as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support
  (construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with MarketSharp or WTS is a plus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
