We are hiring reliable and safety-focused Flaggers to support active construction projects throughout the Lancaster County area. This is a full-time opportunity with strong hours and room for growth.

Job Duties

• Direct and control traffic flow through construction zones
• Use signs, hand signals, and communication devices to safely guide drivers
• Set up and break down traffic control equipment (cones, barricades, signage)
• Maintain a safe work environment for crews, drivers, and pedestrians
• Stay alert to changing traffic patterns and job site conditions
• Communicate clearly with team members and site supervisors

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
• Must be dependable and punctual
