Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Tire Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn, with or without prior experience. The primary focus for this role is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced shop environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Mount, balance, and install tires on a variety of vehicles
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire rotations and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic jacks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols
• Assist team members with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable using hand tools, air-powered tools, and lifting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy tires throughout the day

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous experience in a tire shop or automotive environment
