Key Responsibilities

•          Monitor parking areas to ensure all vehicles have valid parking passes displayed
•          Report or address unauthorized vehicles according to property procedures
•          Station at the pool entrance to verify all guests are wearing proper wristbands
•          Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering or remaining in the pool area
•          Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly pool environment
•          Provide courteous assistance and directions to residents and guests
•          Report incidents, safety concerns, or violations to management promptly

Requirements

•          Strong attention to detail and observational skills
•          Ability to enforce rules in a professional and respectful manner
•          Good communication and customer service skills
•          Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
•          Previous experience in security, customer service, or similar role preferred but not required

Schedule & Pay
• $16.00 per hour
