We’re currently recruiting skilled forklift operators with experience across multiple types of equipment for a variety of top clients in the Hamilton area. If you’re confident behind the controls and looking for steady, long-term work—this is for you.

Wage:  $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

·         Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to move, load, and organize materials

·         Order picking and packing using pick lists or RF scanners

·         Load and unload trucks in a warehouse or production setting

·         Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, sorting, and staging product

·         Support production and shipping/receiving operations

·         Conduct inventory checks and order verification

·         Perform daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

·         Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed

What We Are Looking For:

·         Valid forklift licence (3rd party certified) – required

·         Experience in forklift operation (Counter Balance and Reach Truck), warehouse, general labour, or order picking

·         Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

·         Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

·         Basic computer or RF scanner experience is an asset

·         Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
