What We’re Looking For

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment

·         Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tools

·         A customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide excellent service

·         A team player who can also work independently

Schedule

·         Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

·         Weekend availability as needed 

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver an outstanding customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email

·         Assist customers in identifying products and recommending the best solutions

·         Maintain strong product knowledge, including promotions and inventory

·         Support merchandising, pricing, signage, and overall store presentation

·         Assist with inventory including receiving, stocking, and organization

·         Manage customer orders, including order entry, vendor coordination, and issue resolution

·         Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

·         Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

·         Complete local deliveries and stock transfers as required

·         Support the shipping department when needed (forklift experience is an asset)

·         Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines 

Skills & Experience

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for order entry and tracking

·         Excellent time management and organizational skills

·         Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

·         Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

·         Self-motivated and dependable
