We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join a growing team specializing in commercial bagging equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and assemble industrial sewing machines
• Fit and assemble parts to close tolerances and operating requirements
• Use a variety of small hand tools and power tools
• Accurately align assemblies and machine components
• Mount and connect auxiliary mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform operating tests, troubleshooting, and adjustments
• Ensure machines meet operational and quality standards
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Assist with other shop or technical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in equipment repair, assembly, or maintenance preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read basic diagrams or technical instructions (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a shop or manufacturing environment
