Express Employment Professionals Laguna Hills is looking for a Shipping Coordinator for our client in Aliso Viejo
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE

Our client has an immediate need on their shipping team and is evaluating candidates with varying levels of experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Process daily outbound shipments accurately and on time
• Handle a variety of shipments including freight and international orders
• Work closely with the team to meet daily volume and deadlines
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Support daily shipping operations in a fast-paced environment

For More Experienced Candidates:

• Assist with overseeing daily shipping activities
• Help coordinate workflow and ensure all orders ship on time
• Support team efficiency and step in during high-volume periods
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Shipping experience (freight and international preferred)
• Detail-oriented with a strong accuracy record
• Reliable, high-energy, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We are considering candidates at different experience levels. More entry-level candidates will focus on shipping tasks, while more experienced candidates may take on additional responsibilities supporting the team.
