Facilities Support Worker (Oil Clean Up)

Salary: $17.25/hr.

Express Employment Professionals of Long Beach is currently recruiting for a Janitor for oil clean up in a manufacturing/production facility.  This is an great opportunity for a person that's comfortable working hard and getting your hands dirty.  Starting pay $17.25/hr. 

 

Position:  Facility Support Worker (Manufacturing Facility Oil Clean Up)

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30 pm

Pay: $17.25/hr. 

Location:  Long Beach 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain facility in clean orderly fashion
• Clean equipment oil leaks off floor quickly and efficiently 
• Proactively look for problem areas and keep clean
• Job is physical and dirty - you will get your hands dirty
• Must be able to handle up to 50 pounds
• Must follow all safety procedures and requirements
• Report on-time, regular attendance with reliable service performance

Requirements

• Preferred 1 year experience in Janitorial/Custodian Maintenance
• Physically fit to handle 50 pound
• High energy - proactively look for problem areas and handle
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Complete assigned work on time with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of cleaning products and willing to add on additional skills
• High School or GED
