Job Title: Banker (Temp)

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Banker to serve as a welcoming, professional presence in a branch environment. In this role, you will support clients with everyday transactions, introduce relevant financial products and services, and help individuals and businesses move closer to their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures
Provide a consistently positive, professional experience and serve as a trusted point of contact
Assist clients by identifying financial needs and referring appropriate products and services
Connect clients with specialized team members when additional support is needed
Meet referral and sales expectations through in-person and telephone conversations
Work collaboratively as a team contributor on daily assignments and branch initiatives
Maintain a high level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Comply with all internal policies, security requirements, and applicable government regulations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, customer service, or goal-oriented sales (required)

Basic computer proficiency, including Windows-based applications
Comfort with basic math, problem-solving, and negotiation
