Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Care Support Specialist to support a growing virtual healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating across multiple channels, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Training Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Production Hours:
Sunday – Saturday | 5:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Candidates must be available to work an assigned 8-hour shift within these hours.

Support Channels:
Phone, Email, Chat, Ticketing

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and providers
• Assist with account setup, enrollment, scheduling, and general inquiries
• Provide clear information on services, benefits, and platform use
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
• Manage service requests, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
• Maintain detailed records and follow established procedures

Qualifications:
• 1–2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat interactions
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems

Preferred Experience:
• Healthcare, health tech, or insurance background
• Experience with platforms such as Zendesk
• Familiarity with fast-paced or startup environments
• Experience working on Mac systems
