Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their medical goals and needs

• Educate clients on available programs, services, and treatment options

• Conduct phone and in-person consultations with professionalism and empathy

• Manage and nurture leads through the full sales cycle

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (medical, healthcare, wellness, or high-ticket sales preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to close sales and manage a pipeline effectively

• Comfortable discussing medical-related topics with sensitivity and professionalism

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills

Preferred Experience

• Background in integrative medicine, functional medicine, or medical sales

• Experience working with clients in a consultative or advisory capacity
