Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods with precision, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques to maintain quality standards
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Serve meals efficiently to residents or customers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Support catering events by preparing special dishes and ensuring timely delivery of food service
• Contribute to food preparation activities, including chopping, mixing, plating, and portioning meals
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health standards

Experience

• Strong background in food handling, cooking, and food safety practices
• Restaurant or kitchen experience
• Familiarity with food industry standards related to sanitation, safety, and quality control
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and attention to detail
