Our St. Charles County client is looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join their production team. You'll work in a structured manufacturing environment where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail drive the work each day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders
• Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety protocols and required PPE guidelines

To Be Considered

• Prior MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment weld test
• Reliable attendance and dependability are a must
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
