Customer Service Representative (Domestic & International Logistics)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support both domestic and international operations. This role involves managing order execution, coordinating logistics across multiple transportation modes (road, rail, maritime, and air), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, billing, and delivery coordination
  • Execute domestic and international shipments via road, rail, maritime, and air transport
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of all shipping and export/import documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively monitor and resolve issues related to delivery, documentation, and payments to maintain service commitments
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Shared Services) and external partners (3rd party service providers)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder network
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support projects that enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate calculation and management of consignment stock
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and resolve inquiries professionally

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or High School diploma with additional relevant education and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP S/4HANA experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong listening ability
  • High level of customer orientation and commercial awareness
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Achievement-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English; additional languages and cross-cultural experience are a plus
