We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide hands‑on, on‑site technical support at our client locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems in real time, and being the face of the company when supporting clients directly.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting computer systems, network equipment, and related technologies while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·         Travel to client locations to perform on‑site installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support

·         Install and support workstation hardware, network equipment and related technologies

·         Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues

·         Perform testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment

·         Support project‑based installations and technology rollouts

·         Document work performed and report service findings, project progress, and issues to internal teams

·         Communicate professionally with clients and maintain a positive on‑site presence

·         Ensure work is completed in alignment with technical standards and company best practices

Qualifications

·         2+ years of hands‑on IT or technical support experience (field or on‑site experience)

·         Experience working for an MSP or supporting multiple client environments (preferred)

·         Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, and workstation hardware

·         Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking equipment, and structured cabling

·         Experience installing, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, network stacks and related devices

·         Experience participating in IT projects, deployments, or office moves

·         Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

·         Excellent customer service and communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and manage on‑site responsibilities

·         Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations

·         Ability to lift and move IT equipment as required
