Lead Construction Project Manager | $130,000

We are on the lookout a new leader in our construction management team. This pivotal role will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle and will lead and support Superintendents and other team members.  This is a full time in-office position with occasional travel to job sites.  We bring our commitment to excellence to a wide range of projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively,

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee projects from pre-construction through to close-out, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with and support Superintendents, promote a team environment.
• Evaluate submittals, RFIs, and construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Handle contracts, procurement, and permitting processes.
• Provide regular updates on progress and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience and understanding of complex residential and commercial projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry required.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proficient in project management software and relevant construction tools. Ability to learn our software.
• Strong presentation skills and effective communication across all organizational levels.
