Maintenance Technician – Port Charlotte, FL

 

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support a local Homeowners Association in Port Charlotte, FL. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting at $17/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and skill growth.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Performing general maintenance such as bump-outs and post repairs
• Using hand tools to complete daily tasks
• Driving a golf cart throughout the property
• Assisting with upkeep and repairs to maintain community standards

Requirements:

• Basic maintenance or construction experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable and willing to learn
