Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Some weekends required)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a busy steel recycling plant in Davie, FL. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Picker position in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sort and pick materials from conveyor lines or designated areas
• Inspect items and separate according to company standards
• Remove debris and non-conforming materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Work Environment:

• Industrial steel recycling facility with a dusty environment
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Fast-paced and team-oriented

Qualifications:

• Ability to work early morning shifts (starting at 4:00 AM)
• Willingness to work weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required
