Warehouse Associate (Bilingual Spanish Required)
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and production support. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Spanish fluency is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Assist in the manufacturing and preparation of finished goods
• Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and HAZMAT handling required
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
