A well-established organization in Little Rock is seeking a Service Asset & Tooling Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position. This role is responsible for tracking, coordinating, and maintaining service assets and tooling to support operations efficiently and accurately.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the issuance, return, and tracking of service assets and tooling
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, equipment, and assets
• Monitor asset usage, condition, calibration, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure tools and equipment are available, functional, and ready for use
• Investigate missing, damaged, or non-compliant assets and report findings
• Work closely with service teams, maintenance, and management to support operational needs
• Update asset management systems and generate reports as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Assist with audits, inventory counts, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain organized storage areas for tooling and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or inventory management training preferred
• Previous experience in asset management, tooling coordination, inventory control, or related roles preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools and equipment is a plus
