About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join an established HVAC & Refrigeration supply company in Shreveport. This position will involve assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring strong customer service for contractors, technicians, and general customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone

• Provide product information and support customers in selecting appropriate HVAC and refrigeration parts

• Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

• Maintain knowledge of inventory and product lines

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders

• Ensure the sales counter and showroom area remain clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Build strong customer relationships and provide timely follow-up on needs or inquiries

• Handle occasional weekend shifts as needed during peak demand

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial parts is highly preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to learn product information and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
