Primary Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll processing
• Handle office administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and support daily office operations
• Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of financial information

Required Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

Compensation:

Starting at $21/hr (Benefit Package Available)
