We are looking for a full time Assembler for a Medford company that fabricates ergonomic mounts for computer, cabinet, wall, and various work stations. This is a temp to hire opportunity, on day shift with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in any are of the company as directed by manager
• Has to be flexible and have the ability to work under close supervision
• Must work well with different levels of employees and managers

Essential Results:

• Assist in manufacturing
• Maintain production efficiency and standards to maximum level
• Maintain quality and quantity levels
• Assist in positioning work
• Assist in setting up jobs
• Perform hand operations such as filing, deburring, cleaning, disk grinding
• Maintain excellent communication with all managers and staff
• Continue to learn with the company
• Operate open equipment as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED
