Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist for a local client!

 

In this role you  be responsible for processing and monitoring of sales orders, handling all forms of requests, and providing excellent service!  You need to be able to multitask and adapt quickly to workload demands.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages all sales contacts via phone/e-mail, including orders, quotations, expediting, and inquiries
• Provides direct support between the customer and the production team
• Interacts with account managers, logistics, and quality teams for production needs
• Uses company formulas to determine and quote pricing to customers
• Navigates  system for order processing, product quotes, part loading, and more
• Responds to customers questions arising from receipt of product such as short shipment, damaged goods and/or paperwork inconsistencies in a professional and timely manner
• Updates and maintains customer information 

Skills & Experience:

• Effective communication skills; written & verbal
• Math ability; able to add, subtract, multiply & divide
• Ability to carry out detailed instructions 
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS office, including MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills
• HS Diploma/GED + 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
