Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support our expanding operations. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting.
This is a fully on-site position—remote or hybrid work is not available.

💰 Compensation & Perks:
• Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually ($28.85–$36.06/hour equivalent)
• Discretionary year-end performance bonus

🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Manage A/P and A/R transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities
• Work with sales, product, and financial data in Excel to support reporting
• Support inventory accounting, including landed cost calculations
• Take on special projects and grow your skill set

✅ What You Bring:

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered)
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (inventory experience a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data validation; Power Query a plus)
• Experience with QuickBooks and general office software
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

📍 Location & Schedule:
• On-site in Sonora, CA
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility available)
