Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations by dispatching tow trucks, scheduling services, and providing excellent customer service. This role is a key point of contact for customers and drivers and requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch tow trucks efficiently and accurately based on service needs and availability
  • Answer incoming phone calls, gather customer information, and respond professionally
  • Schedule tows and related services, maintaining an organized daily schedule
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Provide friendly, calm, and helpful customer service—often in high-stress situations
  • Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and management
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and phones
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Dispatch or call-center experience is a plus but not required

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to work seated at a desk and use a computer and phone for extended periods
  • Required to work in-office during scheduled business hours
  • Occasional lifting of light office materials (files, paperwork)
