Now Hiring: Construction Laborers – Fencing Installation

Are you looking for a hands-on, physically active job with long-term stability? We’re hiring Construction Laborers to join a hardworking fencing installation team in the Rogue Valley!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing metal and wood fencing at customer sites
• Digging holes and mixing concrete for fence posts
• Loading, unloading, and packing materials
• Using post hole diggers, hand tools, and power tools
• Measuring and cutting materials with precision (must read a tape measure)
• Assembling fencing with nails, screws, and fasteners
• Working outdoors in all seasons – rain or shine
• Following instructions and working as a team player

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fencing or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
• Carpentry skills are a plus
• Reliable transportation to report to the main site before traveling in a company vehicle to job locations
• A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude

Job Details:

• Full-time, long-term position
• Monday – Friday, day shift
• Travel to job sites throughout the Rogue Valley in a company vehicle
• Excellent benefits after the probationary period
• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience
