Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Skilled Laborer with a valid CDL Class A license to support operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role combines hands-on labor with commercial driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled trades, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles (CDL A) to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites
• Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, site preparation, and cleanup
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks as directed by supervisors
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Support team members across various job site functions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
• Previous experience in skilled labor, construction, or industrial work preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of basic tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:

• Outdoor and indoor job sites with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
