Quality Control Technician (Direct Hire)

A leader in the development of the highest quality food products and processing technologies is looking for a Warehouse Associate. This is a DIRECT HIRE position

What you’ll be doing as the Quality Control Technician

·       Execute routine analysis on finished products, including pH, viscosity, solids, sodium content, and package integrity.

·       Conduct laboratory testing in strict adherence to SOPs, ensuring 100% accuracy in result documentation.

·       Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards while conducting quality audits and sanitation logging.

·       Manage the calibration and upkeep of laboratory instrumentation to ensure testing reliability.

·       Perform microbiological plating, water testing, and environmental sampling to support plant-wide safety.

What we look for in a Quality Control Technician

• ·       Lab or quality control experience preferred
• ·       GMP/HACCP/SQF experience preferred
• ·       Basic lab testing/documentation experience
• ·       Manufacturing experience a plus
• ·       HS diploma or GED
• ·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience accepted

Schedule Overview

• The Rotation: You work 12 days straight, followed by 2 days off.
• The Weekends: You work two weekends and then have two weekends completely off.
• The Hours: Week A: 40 Hours (Standard)
• Week B: 56 Hours (Includes 16 hours of overtime)
