Salary: $16-$18

Rotating Weekend Dispatcher (HVAC/Plumbing)

$18-$20 DOE 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign service calls to field technicians via phone, text, and dispatch software

• Monitor technician locations, job progress, and status updates throughout the day

• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and reroute calls as needed to meet customer SLAs

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, estimated arrival times, and job details

• Maintain accurate job logs, time sheets, and dispatch records in our system

• Escalate urgent or emergency calls to management and field supervisors

• Provide weekend coverage from home on a rotating basis, ensuring 24/7 operational continuity

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in HVAC and/or plumbing field work

• Previous dispatching experience (using industry-standard dispatch software)

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly under pressure

• Resident of Arizona with reliable transportation to North Phoenix for weekday shifts

• Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office for weekend shifts

• Proficiency with phone systems, SMS dispatch tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
