Shift Options

1st Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

2nd Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
• Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Train and mentor junior assemblers
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Previous experience in an assembly role
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with 5S methodology

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to:

• Stand for approximately 80% of the shift
• Walk for approximately 20% of the shift
• Lift and carry 60–80 lbs
• Push/pull up to 1000 lbs using a pallet jack or cart
