Job Title: Part-Time Storage Rental Agent
Schedule: Monday, Friday, Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $19.50–$21.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Storage Rental Agent to support daily operations at our storage facility. This role is responsible for assisting customers with unit rentals, delivering excellent service, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and secure property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with storage unit rentals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Explain rental terms, pricing, and facility policies clearly
• Process rental agreements, payments, and account updates
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update customer records with strong attention to detail
• Conduct routine property checks to ensure cleanliness and security
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Mix of office and outdoor duties
• May require light physical activity, including walking the property
