We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our bakery production team. This role is essential to keeping our operation running efficiently and requires strong attendance and commitment.

Shift: Starts at 1:00 AM
Pay: $21.50/hour + $1/hour attendance bonus (no lates or call-outs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and handle large dough batches (up to 60 lbs)
• Load, wrap, and rack dough for fermentation
• Move dough bowls weighing up to 1,300 lbs using equipment
• Assist with mixing, labeling, and general production support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Requirements:

• Impeccable attendance is required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in cold environments and around machinery
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
