We are seeking an Assembly Technician to assist with daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and strong team performance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform hands-on assembly work, including:
  • Custom wire harnesses
  • Cable assemblies
  • Box builds for automotive and industrial systems
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks accurately
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Report any defects, material shortages, or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions preferred
• Experience with wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or similar work is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Willing to submit to drug and background screening
