LOCAL PROPERTY has immediate opening for Property Maintenance Technician. 

 

Duties:

• Groundskeeper duties
• Small Appliance Repair
• Locks, Windows, and Blinds
• Drywall installation, maintenance and repair
• Painting
• HVAC Experience

Requirements:

• Ability to successfully pass Maintenance Basic Skills Test
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited facility
• Valid Drivers License
• Verifiable Work References
