Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Texarkana, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support warehouse operations, including lifting, pulling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Pull orders accurately and efficiently to prepare for shipment or delivery.
• Sweep and clean the warehouse to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
• Organize and arrange inventory and supplies in the warehouse for easy access.
• Assist with general warehouse work, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, if certified, to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Perform bending and stooping movements as necessary to reach items at different heights.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
