About the Opportunity

A well-established manufacturing and distribution facility in West Asheville is hiring 2nd Shift Production Line Operators to support a fast-moving production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep the line running smoothly by loading materials and supporting daily production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load materials (plastic containers) onto the production line
• Keep product flowing to avoid downtime
• Support the team with general production tasks
• Monitor the line and help maintain efficiency
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 6:00 AM until finished
• No more than 5 workdays per week

• Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team-oriented with a good attitude
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
