About the Role

We are partnering with our client and looking for a hands-on Graphics Production Lead to oversee the day-to-day production of high-quality visual materials across signage, displays, and custom branded environments.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative manufacturing setting and enjoys balancing production efficiency with visual excellence.

You’ll lead a small production team, ensure projects are delivered on time, and maintain quality standards from print through final installation readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Lead and support a team of production staff across printing, finishing, and assembly

·         Oversee daily workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client specifications

·         Operate and troubleshoot large-format printers, laminators, CNC cutters, and finishing equipment

·         Review files and materials to ensure production readiness and quality output

·         Coordinate with design and project management teams to align timelines and expectations

·         Train and mentor team members on equipment, processes, and best practices

·         Maintain inventory of materials and ensure proper handling of substrates (vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, etc.)

·         Implement and uphold safety and quality control standards

·         Assist with hands-on production work as needed

What We Are Looking For

·         3+ years of experience of managing a print department, be that as a solo individual or a leader of a small team within the graphic production space.

·         Sign shop experience and understanding the application/workings of various print medias

·         Strong knowledge of large-format printing and finishing processes

·         Experience with materials such as Adhesive vinyl – printing, cutting application

o    Acrylic cutting / fabrication / finishing

o    Alupanel cutting fabrication / finishing

o    LED integration

·         Ability to read and interpret design files (Adobe Illustrator, PDF proofs, etc.)

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         Excellent communication and team leadership skills
