Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist for a growing company in Williamston, SC. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP/order management system.
Review orders for completeness, pricing, product specifications, and shipping requirements.
Verify customer information, billing details, and delivery instructions.
Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, delays, and shipment updates.
Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, returns, credits, and customer concerns.
Monitor open orders and provide order status updates to customers and management.
Maintain accurate order records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Experience with order entry, ERP systems, or administrative support is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

Schedule:

🗓️ Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

Drug screen required.
Business casual dress code.
Reliable transportation.
