More about this position:

Accurately and effectively generate quotes for customers sometimes involving the Customer Service Manager when needed.
Discuss order specifics with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Help customers solve problems with orders they are trying to place and resolve issues they may have before production. Interact and follow up with other departments to assure order flow through production, from order entry through shipping.
Solicit new business opportunities whenever possible. Resolve credit or quality issues when necessary.
